Senior Av Support Associate

**Brief summary of the Senior AV Support Associate **: Responsible for providing daily operational technology in support of all Audio/Visual equipment and employee use, maintaining hardware inventories, documenting licensing, and other technical related activities for multiple customers with mínimal supervision and work with a team to ensure high-quality operational support, and provide innovative solutions for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Equipment implementation, Issues Management and Resolution: Performs on-site commissioning including, but not limited to configuration of digital audio signal processors, video conferencing systems, VoIP end points, and other audio-visual equipment as required
- Coordinates with UC Manager on projects.
- Keep track and handle Remedy tickets for resolutions
- End-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of all issues related to our site’s integrated AV systems (diagnostics, resetting codecs, display & audio connectivity issues, joining meetings, cabling, break/fix, AV rack, etc.
- Coordinates with AV Vendor on solutions.
- Enter in CISO exceptions for all AV accounts and manage annual renewals.
- Run MS Live Events, work with Brands to manage the Live Events forms and setup Demo’s, Testing and Producing the Live Events when needed.
- Train Staff, when and where necessary, on conference room equipment and Teams platform.

- Assist Executive Assistants (EA) with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) meetings when needed.
- Manage AV vendor when needed for Advance repairs.
- Some need for travel to different sites on occasion.

**Systems Administration**:

- Perform on-site commissioning including, but not limited to, configuration of digital audio signal processors, video conferencing systems, VoIP ends, and other audio-visual equipment as required
- Keeping up to date with Microsoft Teams suite of products like Microsoft Teams Phones, Microsoft Teams Displays and Microsoft Teams Panels
- End-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of all issues related to our site’s integrated AV systems (diagnostics, resetting codecs, display & audio connectivity issues, joining meetings, cabling, break/fix, AV rack, etc.
- Responding to and resolving tickets as they are assigned you well within our SLA
- Escalating tickets to leadership and/or partners in order to overcome any hurdles in efficiently resolving the ticket

**Education and Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent program/IT experience
- Basic technical certification in field of expertise

**Experience**
- Experience with Crestron System, Shure mics and speakers, Sonos systems
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and running live events, webinars and general knowledge of the Teams platform

**Additional Skills**
- Minimum 5 years working as an A/V Tech preferred and experience performing each of the job responsibilities outlined above in an associated industry
- Experience working in a heterogeneous technical environment
- MAC/PC cross-platform skills are a strong plus
- Audio/Visual or conference room support experience
- Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub experience is a plus
- Understanding of electronics and the ability to read drawings and schematics
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess strong organizational, efficiency and detail-oriented skill sets
- Professional presentation and demeanour

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
