Esthetician (Beautician)

As an Esthetician in Caring Skin, you will help to create a unique and positive experience for each client at every service touch point. You will be a trusted beauty consulting partner to the clients, inspiring them about the possibility of attaining healthy skin with our holistic skincare solution. You will help them to understand their skincare needs, discover the right and effective treatment, suitable skincare routine, healthy diet and better lifestyle habits.

**Caring Skin will offer you the opportunity to**:

- Provide personalised skincare consultation and propose skincare program that delivers good results to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform professional skin analysis and personalised facial treatment, according to company standards and based on client’s individual needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and create excellent client experience
- Make follow-up calls to access, educate, and recommend clients' daily skincare regimen
- Maintain good housekeeping, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing, according to the SOP
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of equipment by adhering to the before and after-use cleaning procedure
- Assist in the scheduling of appointments and attending to customers
- Keep a timely and accurate log of all product and service suggestions from clients
- Maintain good knowledge of skincare products and treatment programs to communicate and advise clients on suitable products/programs for their skincare needs
- Build a good rapport and relationships with clients

**What You'll need**:

- CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ ITEC/ Other Beauty Certifications (preferred, and not a must)
