About the Role:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Beautician and in a salon leadership role.
- Valid state cosmetology/esthetician license.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of retail sales and inventory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with salon management software.
