**Job Description**:
**oFacial Treatments**:
oStay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies to provide cutting-edge services.

**oCustomer Consultation**:
oConduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' concerns, preferences, and any specific skin conditions.

oEducate customers on proper skincare routines and recommend home care products for optimal results.

**oProduct Knowledge**:
oStay knowledgeable about skincare product lines used in treatments and retail, and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their skincare needs.

oMaintain an organized and well-stocked treatment room, ensuring the availability of necessary products and tools.

**oSanitation and Hygiene**:
oAdhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.

oFollow proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.

**oCustomer Relations**:
oBuild and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

oAddress customer concerns and inquiries professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with services.

Job Requirement

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Facialist or Esthetician. (Cibtac or Cidesco)

Valid state license in esthetics or cosmetology.

Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and skin conditions.

Completion of an accredited esthetics or cosmetology program.
