Janio is a cross-border smart logistics solutions provider in Southeast Asia (SEA), connecting merchants, logistics partners, and major industry players across the globe. As we advance towards building this integrated end-to-end logistics network of key players, our evolving data-intelligent platform will empower SEA’s ecommerce businesses to scale quickly and reliably.

Our platform will look to use AI and machine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management, and dynamic forecasting — in order to build Southeast Asia’s leading logistics network.

**THE CHALLENGE**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations and timely investigations on any discrepancies or outstanding transactions.
- Manage daily cash flow, including forecasting cash needs, optimizing cash balances, and ensuring sufficient cash liquidity.
- Handle day-to-day fixed deposit placement/rollover/withdrawal, ensure all surplus cash is allocated to banks with a higher deposit interest yield.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital through accurate cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Manage credit control, credit line usage, and prompt collections.
- Manage treasury operations, controls, interest and currency risks with banks and other financial institutions.
- Driving treasury specific projects and initiatives across the region.
- Coordinate with overseas colleagues to streamline cash flows across entities or accounts and optimize working capital.
- Support the development of automated processes and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cash handling, financial transactions, and data confidentiality.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports and analysis to management, investors, and regulators.
- Perform monthly closing & management reports.
- Assist in the debt and equity fund raising process.
- Assist on ad-hoc Finance and Treasury related tasks and projects as assigned.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance or relevant professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance; preferably ACCA, CIMA, CA or CFA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Proficient in using various financial software tools (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and working knowledge with Xero Accounting Software is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning skills, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Available immediately or on short notice, a plus
