**Job Purpose**

The National University of Singapore Faculty of Law is widely regarded as Asia’s leading law school. You will work closely with Associate Dean (Student Affairs), Head of Admissions & Outreach Unit, as well as Admissions & Outreach team members to handle operational matters relating to Admissions and Outreach.

**Admissions Management**:

- Maintain database of applicants’ information in Admissions systems and portals.
- Develop data repositories and regularly maintain an Admissions portal which enables key stakeholders to securely process admission data (e.g. applicant details and assessment results). Develop visualizations and presentations for dissemination of analytical results and derivation of actionable insight.
- Support the undergraduate LLB admissions exercise (administration of interviews and written test, collation of interview and test results).
- Support the administration of various postgraduate scholarships, including tracking of the amount awarded.
- Handle admissions, scholarships and programme related enquiries from prospective LLM students. Ensure that responses to LLM and LLB admissions related queries are factual and relevant.

**Outreach Initiatives, Event Planning and Execution**:

- Support the execution of outreach events and activities, both online and in-person (local and overseas).
- Coordinate logistics for outreach activities and liaise with NUS central departments and internal units for events such as school visits and education fairs.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as and when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a good bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science or another quantitative field or possess 1 to 3 years relevant job experience in the above fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic SQL query scripting skills or knowledge in other database technologies.
- Familiarity with data modelling, data wrangling and data preparation will be a plus.
- Proficiency in using one of the programming languages (e.g. C++, C#/.NET, Java, Python) or willingness to pick up programming knowledge required.
- Meticulous and self-driven, with a strong passion to achieve.
- Student centric, positive attitude, professional and a pleasant disposition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, able to work with stakeholders of various levels.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals.
- Analytical skill to perform data profiling and data visualization.
