Compliance Testing Manager

Design and execute testing programs in accordance with the applicable local regulations and Head Office requirements.
- Analyze and document observations and discuss with business/process owners and stakeholders to confirm factual accuracy.
- Prepare Compliance Testing reports on review outcomes and findings. - Validate effectiveness of remediation plans to address the risks/root causes identified and ensure proper closure.
- Consolidate results of testing programs and compliance reviews for management reporting.
- Track and report remediation status for LCD-related audit issues to the Internal Audit Department.
- Prepare regular/ad-hoc management reporting.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Conduct Compliance trainings as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree holder, preferably in business, banking, or finance and professional qualification in financial crime, finance or auditing such as CIA, Diploma in Compliance or CAMS will be preferred.
- Experience in Audit/Assurance/Compliance Testing function, process control, operational risk management and strong data analytics background will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Good understanding of MAS Notices and Guidelines relevant to BOCSG business areas or AML functions will be essential.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and business partners in other functional units.
- Strong communication and report writing skills including the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Able to understand Chinese / Mandarin in order to communicate with Head Office.
- Team player and demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with track record of adhering to timelines.
