Singapore BILBY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LTD. Full time

Bilby Community Development Ltd. is looking to hire Youth Workers to run our Youth Programmes.

The roles and responsibilities include:

- To meaningfully engage and interact with at-risk and/or high needs youths
- To conduct games and activities to promote cohesion, social interaction, values-based and experiential learning
- To plan and conduct enrichment and skill-based workshops
- To provide mentoring, support and guidance, intervention to the youths where necessary
- To submit reports on programmes on a timely basis
- To undergo necessary training and supervision to improve and develop in their work.

Shortlisted applicants will have to undergo an orientation session and training sessions before confirmation of deployment.

**Commitment**:
Till end of 2025

**Working Schedule**:
Regular days on a weekly basis - from 2pm to 5pm / 12.45pm to 3.45pm.

(Days and hours to be determined based on schedule)
Some mornings may be required during School Holidays.

**Work Location**:
Jurong West / East / North

**Eligibility**:
At least a Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work.
Relevant volunteering or working experience preferred.
Students undergoing undergraduate studies may apply.

**Requirements**:
MOE Registration as an Instructor is required.
