At REACH Youth Service, we're looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to join our Youth Service team. This is more than just a job—it's a calling to walk alongside youths through their most transformative journeys.

What You'll Do

As a Social Worker, Counsellor, or Youth Worker, you'll:

  • Deliver impactful casework and group interventions in community and rehabilitation settings .

  • Engage with youths and families to build trust and co-create meaningful change.

  • Facilitate programmes in Youth Residential Services , Singapore Prison Service initiatives , and community outreach .

  • Design and lead group sessions tailored to emotional and developmental needs.

  • Take ownership of programmes—from planning and promotion to volunteer coordination and impact evaluation.

Who We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years working directly with at-risk youth.

  • Strengths:

  • Fun-loving with positive energy

  • Passionate about youth rehabilitation

  • Strong communicator and team player

  • Resilient and adaptable under pressure

  • Skills:

  • Skilled in case assessment and intervention planning

  • Confident in group facilitation and programme management

  • Insightful about community needs and service gaps

  • Bonus:

  • Trained in FAST and/or YLS/CMI tools

  • Multilingual (English, Mandarin, Malay)
