New Life Casework and Counselling helps families to cope with their daily living expenses through financial counselling and collaborates with other community agencies to support them.

We are looking for experienced case managers who are dedicated and passionate in helping and supporting children, youths and families.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage casework/counselling interventions and group work in the areas of financial assistance, youth-at-risk, children’s counselling and family work.
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams to implement and evaluate casework, counselling and group work
- Conduct clinical supervision for newer staff members
- Mentor junior social workers/counsellors and support their professional development
- Participate in Team Strategic Planning
- Perform stakeholder engagement and partnerships

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Social Work/Counselling or general degree with Graduate Diploma in Counselling
- Attained Certificate in Supervision (FRTC/SASW)
- 3 to 5 years of experience as social work practitioner/counsellor
- Experience in working with children, youths and families
- Insightful, responsible and possesses the willingness to mentor
- Ability to collaborate across services and agencies
- Ability to converse in Malay is an advantage
