Sibyl Co. is a boutique strategy consultancy & remote teams service provider. We work with clients to scale commercial and product growth. We are Singapore-based, with an office in Vietnam. Our trade brands include Sibyl Consulting, Sibyl Entertainment, and Sibyl Vietnam.

We are currently hiring Associate (entry-level) in Business Operations.

This person’s role is to keep Sibyl ship-shape across Finance, HR, IT, Corporate, and Account Management. We outsource some of those functions, however, we still need to manage our vendors.

You will report directly to the CEO.

We don’t expect you to know all those things on day one. We’re looking for a person who sees their career heading on a COO or Chief of Staff path. We will mentor and train the right person.

We are generally office-based, though Sibyl is a nomadic company which roams around from one co-work office to the next. Please bear that in mind before applying, as this may not be a suitable role for someone who priorities WFH/remote style arrangements.

**Job Description
- Own a broad range of internal functions, figure out how they work, keep the lights on, and gradually improve process over time.
- You’ll be supporting small teams in both Singapore and Vietnam. Semi-regular travel required.
- No job description at Sibyl has ever survived its first month; be prepared to jump in a wide variety of other aspects of the business.

**Job Requirements
- “Get things done” mindset. Proactive.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills are a requirement.
- Comfortable with Excel and numbers.
- A business-oriented University degree is preferred, but not required.
- We’re unable to sponsor work visas for this role - **Singaporeans or PRs only **.
