Role Overview

We are hiring Academic Associates (Class Coordinators) to be the operational backbone of academic delivery. This role ensures a smooth classroom experience, bridging faculty, student engagement, and backend logistics. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves solving problems in real time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage classroom schedules and coordinate with faculty for smooth delivery.
- Upload and track academic materials, assignments, and assessments on the LMS.
- Monitor attendance, student engagement, and flag issues proactively.
- Support exam invigilation, result compilation, and academic event logistics.
- Ensure classroom readiness and effective communication of all academic changes.
- Create assignments and quizzes for the aligned courses.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree with prior coordination or academic admin experience.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and classroom tech.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive under pressure.
- Experience in test prep, schools, or higher education is a plus.
