**About the Role**

We are seeking a Web3-native Community Manager who is deeply ingrained in crypto culture, blockchain and mining—someone who understands the pulse of Web3 communities, memes, narratives, and engagement dynamics. You will take charge of our social media presence, grow our community, and amplify our brand across platforms like X (Twitter) and Telegram.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own & execute the social strategy across X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit, and other crypto-focused platforms.
- Create engaging, Web3-native content—threads, memes, viral campaigns, and storytelling that resonate with crypto and mining communities.
- Manage community sentiment—be the frontline in conversations, responding to trends, feedback, and community-driven content.
- Collaborate with industry influencers, partners, and mining pools to drive awareness and partnerships within the crypto mining sector.
- Stay ahead of Web3 trends—know the latest technology updates, regulatory changes, and innovations in mining efficiencies.
- Leverage on-chain data & analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align social strategy with platform updates, product launches, and community activations.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive effective strategies.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 2 years (preferred)
