**Booking System Specialist(s)**

BeMyGuest is a travel technology company and distribution platform that facilitates online sales of attractions, tours and activities products (travel activities). Our Distribution Network enables B2B transactions between travel activity operators and online and offline travel agents as well as other travel companies. Our Booking System (Xplore) automates and captures B2C transactions on the operators’ own websites, ticket counters and other direct sales channels.

We are looking to hire Booking System Specialist(s) who will be the experts on our Booking System (Xplore) and all its existing and upcoming features. You will be in charge of helping operators of travel activities to maximize the benefits they can get from using Xplore to its full potential.

**Essential job functions**:

- Provide ongoing support and training to our clientele of Booking System users, predominantly attractions and travel activity operators in South East Asia.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to ensure the best sales results are achieved through our several Booking System modules: E-commerce, Point of Sale and B2B.
- Ensure onboarding and launch of new client accounts are done according to each account’s agreed requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with various internal departments as required: Product and Technical teams, Finance team and Business development.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience (min 1-2 years) working with SaaS, Ecommerce or Booking System companies preferred.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Accurate and efficient execution skills, with high attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate well.
- Exceptional customer service communication skills.
- Strong writing skills in English are a must.
- Fluency in other Asian languages is a plus.
- Willingness to provide support some weekends and public holidays if required.
