The Environmental, Health, and Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Specialist is responsible for the EHS&S activities within the Singapore facility, which include supporting the overall strategy of Pall's Global EHS&S organization. You will assist the Senior Regional EHS&S Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS&S procedures, systems, equipment, and documentation, as well as provide compliance and technical support that ensures regulatory compliance in line with business goals. You will have the opportunity to learn how Kaizen tools are utilized for EHS&S activities.

This position is part of the EHS&S department and will be in located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, develop and implement the EHSMS for ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards

• Be the site sustainability lead and manage the water, waste and energy management program including developing continual improvement projects and activities for sustainability.

• Be the Fire Safety Manager and manage the emergency response program

• Operationalize EHS&S by collaborating with operational and administrative functions and associates in driving towards an interdependent safety culture.

• Apply the various DBS tools to ensure that safe operations of site activities daily.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in engineering or EHS

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer

• Certified Fire Safety Manager

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Cleanroom operations

• Management of chemical systems

• Implementation of ISO management system
