**The Role**

In this role you will be part of our Quality & Sustainability team, responsible to help drive & implement EH&S activities locally to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

You will specifically be expected to:

- Establish, implement & maintain the EH&S Management System based on ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements, including but not limited to Business Continuity Plan, Accident & Incident investigations, Risk Management, Emergency Response, Audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions, EH&S related training, and Management Review
- Lead for EH&S pillar in Smart Lean Program and establish and implement EH&S initiatives and campaigns
- Establish and implement strategic drivers, objectives and KPIs as well reporting EH&S performance
- Analyze EH&S data, reports, and documentation
- Conduct due diligence of waste handling vendors to ensure wastes are handled as reported
- Establish and maintain a legal register and ensure compliance to legal requirements
- Maintain list of EHS applicable licenses and permits
- Act as safety committee chairman and drive regular meetings

The position will be based in Tai Seng, Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience in EH&S, with experience in manufacturing organizations, preferably of Medical Device Manufacturer.
- Experience in local and global project management with good EHS knowledge and practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS
- Advanced excel skills
- Registered workplace safety and health officer
