**What to expect**
- Develop data-driven, customer journey maps and customer-centric strategies through exploration, ideation, user validations, execution and impact review process.
- Establishing a strong brand experience and standard for Biohackk.
- Contribute to the growth of the company towards its corporate goals.
- Warm interactions with the clients on-site, to help the clients feel welcome.
- Participate in, and possibly anchor concurrent projects that drive growth for the company.
- Experience with customer-facing roles preferred.
- Passionate with delivering first-class service, with the spirit of excellence.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communications, teamwork, flexibility and proactiveness.
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks and anchor concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a Growth Mindset; We are growing fast. The team and processes will evolve over the next few months. The goal is to continuously learn and improve from our work and each other.
