Job Title: Client Experience AssociateOverview

The Client Experience Associate plays a key role in delivering a personalised, high-end experience for clients visiting our bespoke men's tailoring boutique. This position combines customer service, sales support, and brand representation to ensure every client receives exceptional care from the moment they enter the shop to the final fitting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Service

  • Welcome clients warmly and create a professional, hospitable environment.
  • Understand client needs, style preferences, and occasions to assist with product recommendations.
  • Guide clients through the bespoke process, including fabric selection, design options, and timelines.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth flow of client visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with returning clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team in presenting menswear collections, fabric swatches, and customization options.
  • Assist with follow-ups regarding fittings, collections, and alterations.

Fitting Coordination

  • Work closely with tailors and fitters to ensure accurate client measurements and fitting appointments.
  • Organize client records, measurement details, and order files to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate updates on production timelines and manage expectations professionally.

Store Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the boutique.
  • Ensure fabric books, sample garments, and displays are always tidy and updated.
  • Assist with inventory checks of accessories and ready-to-wear items.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as client data entry and order tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for menswear, tailoring, or luxury retail (experience in these fields is a plus).
  • Professional grooming and confidence in interacting with high-end clientele.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a boutique setting.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn about bespoke tailoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $5,000.00 per month
