You will be owner for responsible package/process/product line, manage both internal line deviation and external complaint according to Infineon process independently.

In your new role you will:

- Be owner for responsible **package/process/product line **, manage both **internal line deviation **and external complaint according to Infineon process independently.
- Drive problem solving using **8D discipline **with interdisciplinary team including **team setup, failure verification, containment, risk assessment, root cause finding and corrective action.**
- Verify effectiveness of implemented actions and proper documentation via **Line validation, FMEA/specification/work instruction/control plan **revision and update.
- Actively analyze lesson learnt, gap understanding and drive for continuous improvement plan in occurrence reduction and detection
- Drive and sustain line stability, comprising of various line, process and equipment contributing factors, thus contributing in terms of **Quality, Productivity, Speed.**
- Support customer visit and audit related to internal line deviation and customer complaint.
- Ride the wave of **Digitalization transformation **and **AI implementation **in daily work or project.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in **Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic/Electrical Engineering, **or equivalent
- Minimum **5 years **of working experience in **Production Quality Engineering / Customer Complaint / Process Engineering.**
- Knowledge on Semiconductor **Backend process **is an added advantage.
- **Digitalization and/or AI knowledge **is highly welcome.
- Certification or skills in **Thinking 6 Sigma methodology **/ **Green or Black belt **certified is an advantage
- Self motivated, flexible, all rounder, able to work independently with interdisciplinary team
- Familiar with quality tools especially problem solving tools such as 8D methodology, 5 Why, FMEA
