The Role

We are currently seeking an established Sub-Regional Director - Geotechnics & Tunnels to manage this sector across the_ South East Asia_ region. Multiple office locations available across this region.

As the Sub-Regional Director in South East Asia, you play a pivotal role in shaping the operational direction to the activities of the Transport sector. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the operational and technical excellence and performance of the South East Asia Sector with the effect of growing the SJ Group Infrastructure function through optimal people, commercial, business development, client relationship management and project performance.

Beyond these core functions, your leadership is instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of SJ Group.
- 10+ years in the industry with proven success in Senior Management roles.
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across the South East Asia region.
- High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
- Proven ability to build trusting and productive client relationships as well as being recognised as a State authority in the sector
