We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Legal team working closely with our Employment Expert group to prepare and organize various legal documents. This role will require someone who is service orientated, highly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable. The following are the primary responsibilities of the role.

You will:

- Review employment agreements and addendums to ensure commercial and legal terms follow Papaya and country-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate review of changes to employment agreements and addendum between clients and our in-country partners.
- Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g. labor laws, statutory requirements).
- Provide day-to-day proactive employment law counseling and support resolution of HR and legal employment issues.
- Send legal documents via electronic signature platforms,
- Respond to various forms of correspondence from internal stakeholders, clients, and in-country partners.
- Discuss client and third-party details with the in-house counsels
- Organize files for various legal proceedings
- Assist with other legal-related projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- BA in legal studies, paralegal work experience (Employment Law experience preferred)
- Great attention to details and strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and thoughtful
- Personable and able have frequent, effective interactions with employees, clients, and suppliers at all levels
- Self-starter; highly motivated and ambitious
- Positive attitude and superior work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, comfortable doing charts and database entry
- Knowledge or experience working with document management systems
