**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Documentation**:Draft and proofread legal correspondence, affidavits, and court filings.
- **Case Management**:Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage discovery documents.
- **Research**:Conduct legal and factual research using online databases (e.g., LawNet).
- **Client Interaction**:Liaise with clients to collect information and provide case updates (as needed).
- **Court Procedures**:Assist with filing documents at Singapore courts and tribunals.
- **Administrative Support**:Schedule hearings, prepare trial bundles, and manage billing records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma/Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- **Language**:Fluent English (written/spoken).
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF editing tools, and legal research platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases, and work collaboratively.
- **Experience**:2 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Break Time**:1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
- **Probation Period**:3 months (if applicable)
