**Role Overview**

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as **Lead Generation Specialist**. Your primary responsibility will be to refer friends, family, and potential clients who are interested in financial planning services to Dollar Bureau. Our partnered financial advisors will then provide them with professional financial guidance tailored to their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters, students, or individuals looking to gain experience in business development and sales while earning **commission-based income**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach individuals who may benefit from financial planning services.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of financial planning, including insurance, investments, retirement, and legacy planning.
- Build and maintain a network of prospective leads through personal connections, events, and social media.
- Refer qualified leads to Dollar Bureau's partnered financial advisors.
- Follow up with referred leads to ensure a smooth transition to financial advisory services.
- Track and report referrals.
- Stay updated on financial planning trends and the services provided by Dollar Bureau.
