**Roles & Responsibilities**

TVM Capital Healthcare Pte Ltd. (“TVM Capital Healthcare” or the “Firm”) is a Southeast Asia-focused healthcare private equity investment firm. **Investment Intern**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

Key focus on driving end-to-end deal processes, including origination and evaluation of potential transactions, supporting the development of business cases, doing market and competitive analysis, building of financial models, formulating proposals of deal structures as well as managing the post-transaction integration under the leadership of senior members of the deal team. The position is based in Singapore, with full integration into the regional deal making effort, but involves international collaboration with the deal teams in other locations as well as the wide network of Senior Advisors around the world.

The role is an excellent training ground for developing PE/VC type management skills. A career path would involve promotion to Senior Associate and Principal, before a partner role on the team will be considered. The Investment Associate will become part of a selected group of deal teams for specific transactions and within those deal teams, report to a principal or a partner, as the case may be.

**Person and Qualification**

Given the current composition of the TVM Capital Healthcare team in Southeast Asia and internationally, we have a preference for the following characteristics:
1. Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration, finance, medicine (M.D.) or other programs associated with the field of healthcare

2. Minimum of 2 years of investment or related experience (investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A), with healthcare investment experience being a plus

3. Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated

4. Able to develop constructive arguments and conceptualize and produce concise, well-designed slide decks in a timely manner

5. Strong financial modelling skills

6. Good interpersonal and time management skills

7. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of a language(s) in Southeast Asia would be an advantage

8. Familiarity with South East Asian healthcare markets and prior exposure to a growth stage PE firm would be highly valued

**Detailed Description of the Position and its Responsibilities**
- General in-depth reports and presentations on healthcare industry trends and events
- Conduct research on regional healthcare investment opportunities and valuations benchmarks
- Support on assessment of potential investment targets and initial recommendation to the team
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external deal meetings
- Support the due diligence process, ensuring that key economic, financial, technical and legal issues are considered along with proposed risk mitigants
- Analyse financial statements and assist the deal lead in structuring transactions
- Build and evaluate financial models for deal analysis
- Prepare operational performance reporting materials for management and fund investors
- Manage deal flow administrative workstreams, including sourcing, analysis, negotiation, settlement and post investment management. maintain deal database and deal flow updates
- Support in fundraising objectives and deliverables, including the preparation of fund marketing materials and coordination of meetings. maintain fundraising updates
