**Job Description**:

- Solutions Consultant provides excellent design and advisory service to the sales process with high-quality proposals by identifying the customers’ needs and engineering adaptations of products and services related to Integrated Security Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality and winning solutions proposals by identifying the customer's needs
- Engage with users to capture their needs accurately
- To pitch or present the solutions to the users
- Positions and leverages solution portfolio of company products and services to gain competitive advantages against competitors.
- To work as a part of a team with inter-department to review overall solutions and consideration the deliverable aspects.
- Jointly work with the sales team in building leads through a consultative selling approach.
- Support the Sales team with the technical presentation.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and establishing a personal network.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues by recommending options and courses of action.
- Conduct training and briefing sessions on relevant solutions to internal teams.

Qualifications:

- At least Degree in Computer/Engineering/Marketing or other related field.
- At least 5 years working experience as field sales personnel or Security Solutions Consultant with business development responsibilities in similar industry with proven track records.
- Well-versed in Access Control System, Alarm Monitoring System, CCTV Security System, Guard Tour System.
- Well-versed in modern building security solutions including High Level Elevator, Visitor Kiosks, LPR, FR, Community Apps, Facility Management Integrations

Well versed in ELV Industry and Corporate Project Tendering Process
- Strong knowledge in the active products available in the market
- Good knowledge of computing trends and technologies such as operating systems, computers parts, network, IOT, API, TCP/IP and cyber security standards.
- Good knowledge of customization/alteration/creation works of a modern security system.
- Well-versed in Relationship Building and Presentation skills
- Well-versed in skills for maintaining good relationship with customers.
- Well-versed in Word Processor, Spreadsheets, Drawing and Presentation tools, video editing.
- Well-versed with AutoCAD. Knowledge in BIM will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in Jira and Salesforce
- Strong skills in creating high quality tender specifications, project requirements, budgeting and write up that meets regulatory and industry requirements, with attractive and appropriate presentation elements such as charts, flow charts, diagram and table.
