**Responsibilities**:

- _Responsible for overall test strategy, test plan and defining the test platform _
- Involve during product development stage and feedback the best manufacturing test practice
- _Responsible for the design, development and implementation of production testing in house or outsource _
- Develop new test setup, procedures, tools to automate test activities or liaise with vendors
- Identify/develop new equipment or test methods to improve test cycle time
- _Responsible for testing efficiency, test yield improvement, test time reduction & test elimination, test flow optimization and parallel testing _
- Review the test requirement, verify and maintain the document
- Test reports, Test software, resource library and source code
- Release development timeline, test specification and follow up updating the progress to meet target delivery date
- Responsible to qualify the test hardware and software to meet the test accuracy & precision, conduct GR&R validation _
- Collaborate with HW Engineers, FW Engineers prospects to gather and define requirements _
- Ensure design engineers release the test requirement document.
- Review and feedback the test coverage, cycle time optimization and firm up the requirement document
- Responsible for hardware and software revision control, buyoff and proper documentation of all test hardware and software _
- Ensure proper buyoff procedure is conducted when transfer new tester during new product introduction and site transfer
- Revision control to ensure use of latest version for production, and retention of historical versions
- Ensure completeness of documentation and knowledge retention and maintaining up to date
- Conduct training for all related staff for smooth implementation and support

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred
- Minimum 3-5 year experience at relevant test development and test automation background
- Strong technical background and able to lead the team
- Work experience in Energy meter Manufacturing Industry as a plus
- Ability to multitask and strong computer knowledge
- Able to travel frequently
- Good Interpersonal skill
