**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
As a HVAC Sales Engineer, you will execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and sets priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives. Drives sales figures through tenders by developing and maintaining relationships with customers/contractors and interacts with them frequently and ensure a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**How you will do it**:

- Work with BOD, Service, COE and Product teams in providing selections and quotations to consultants/customers/contractors
- To support consultants in chiller/airside selections prior to tender roll out (BOD)
- To develop relationships and quote to contractors tendering for HVAC contracts
- Work with internal stakeholders for equipment selection/optimization/costing
- Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results
- To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales Plan objectives to his/her business segment within the sales department
- Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
- Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programs
- Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve profitability and excellent payment collection position at all times

**What we look for**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in chillers & airside a plus
- Fluent in windows software
