**Your Job**
Generate designs that:

- Meet objective specifications
- Complete within project schedule
- Fully functional on first silicon

**Work with**:

- Layout engineers on optimization and verification, including the layout signed-off before tapeout
- Test and Product Engineers on silicon debug, validation, characterization and qualification.

**Customer to solve technical issue**
- TSO, SBU, AM & FAE to define new IP and new project, including the signed-off preliminary spec with customer.
- TD, FAB, PE & CE in the yield enhancement activities and identify design weakness on customer products

**Generate**:

- Design specifications for new IP
- Test specifications for Test Engineers to develop test hardware and programs
- Final customer-ready validation/characterization reports

**Provide**:

- Mentoring to more junior Design Engineers
- Leadership in improving design methods and procedures
- Technical advice to customer on how to use our IP
- Technical advice and leadership to the design community

Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications:
**Education**
- Bachelor / Master's degree (or higher) in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

**Experience**
- 15+ years of circuit design, synthesis and P&R experience as the plus.
- In-depth mastery of CMOS technologies, design rules, Spice models, circuit and logic simulation, layout verification, silicon debug, validation, characterization and qualification.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player.
- Good work ethics.
- Extraordinary knowledge in circuit design
- Good decision-making skills
