**業務内容詳細**
- Communicate with factory engineering to improve products and eliminate repeat issues.
- Document technical issues in an accurate and professional manner
- Track customer issues to ensure a solution is provided that satisfies the customer and can be used for development of training or to avoid future issues
- Acquire the knowledge necessary to act as the Subject Matter Expert for both internal and external customers
- Improve products documentation to better support our customer
- Communicate with management any customer issue that may impact the overall relationship
- Provide training to customers and distributors
- Provide support for customer and distributor demonstrations
- Setup/Remove equipment from Demonstration facility as required
- Show-room operation and management together with team member
- Exhibition support
- Evaluation support for the customer
- Support for the shipment of necessary parts
- Stock yard administration together with team member
- Work together as teamwork

- Requirements
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering
- Practical Experience: At least 5 years in SMT business experience
- Professional Business Skills: Good all-rounder. Knowledge and understand operations in SMT business, in addition FA and/or SEMI business experience will be an advantage. Office Administration knowledge and team work skill make more better.
- Interpersonal & Social Skills: Good interaction with people. Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Language Skills: English
- Other Requirements: Experience in trading industry preferred. Understand Japanese business culture (Work experience in Japanese company will be an advantage)
