What a Marketing Services Director, SMT Cluster Marketing Services Leader at Visa As the Marketing Services Director for the SMT cluster, you will report to the Vice President – Marketing Services and be accountable for achieving the revenue and profitability targets of the SMT (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) cluster and responsible for development and execution of growth strategies of the marketing services business. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing Leader for SMT and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop revenue and margin growth opportunities to meet business and client priorities. You will also work with the regional Marketing Services community to help develop growth strategies and respond to client RFPs, and aid in quarterly business reviews and annual growth strategy exercises (MSO and AOP). Success in this role will be measured through revenue & contribution margin attainment, forecast accuracy, and stakeholder feedback. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Services Growth Work closely with country marketing teams and subject matter experts in the Singapore Hub to explore new opportunities for Marketing Services revenue. Develop regional business growth strategies for Marketing Services. Support in-country Client Marketing teams in the development of client-facing proposals, pricing, and service capabilities. Work closely with the Regional Vice President of Marketing Services & Head of Marketing for SMT to develop country and cluster Marketing Services revenue and margin growth strategies. Lead regional awareness of Marketing Services capabilities, through training and adequate communications. Support all financial & business planning processes. Part of the Visa Family Confidently understand the core Visa business, leadership principles, and divisional mission to support Visa Partner, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement & Customer Retention. Always advocate for the Visa Brand. Actively contribute in meetings and team activities. Why this is important to Visa In this role, you will be a critical member of the Marketing Services organization, with responsibilities that include overall profit and loss of the Marketing Services function regionally as well as supporting in-country marketing teams to identify revenue-generating marketing services opportunities. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Minimum 12 years business experience in Marketing or Business Planning or Sales or Finance Experience in managing partner relationships required Understanding of the Payments Industry and Ecosystem Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact A great team member who adds energy, ideas as well as fun to our team and corporate culture Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills Regional sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
