Skillset: SPOC Support (Support time: 8:30am to 5:30pm): - Ensure all sites are timely open on-time - Incident Resolution: 80% within 1 working day, 20% within 5 working days - Service Requests: 80% within 3 days, 20% within 5 working days - 300 to 400 Calls per month are picked up within 5 rings, capped at 10% abandon rate - IT Asset are based on SR Ticket logged and updated correctly (< 1% defect) - Data are wiped when asset is returned - Observing and practicing in accordance with internal IT policies, standards and procedure Qualifications: i.
