**Operations Coordinator and / or Terminal Coordinator**

**to join our committed and high performing regional operations, vendor settlement, logistics planning and terminal coordination team.Team is responsible for sales, supply, vendor settlement, logistics planning & terminal coordination end-to-end activities and contributes together with all our stakeholders to enable the highest business impact and support to strategic objectives.**

**Your part in Neste’s journey**

**In your role, you will work closely with suppliers and customers, inspectors, terminals and other stakeholders. Your main internal stakeholders include logistics planning team members, sales and supply managers, supply chain planners, finance, laboratory etc. Together we ensure high level customer and supplier experience.**

**Our work combines commercial understanding with accuracy and cooperation as well as the desire to develop and renew.**

**Main responsibilities in this role**
- **Responsibility for daily transaction data of supply shipments by truck, rail and containers for Terminal / Supply / Sales contracts, as well as inventory management.**
- **The main purpose is to independently coordinate and manage daily terminal / operations and data transactions, as well as daily reconciliation between various system**
- **Timely and accurate data entries for all contracts**
- **Support the team in operational challenges, growing commercial and operational awareness**
- **Drive accurate and professional work performance in the team to minimise deviations to the operational processes and resulting costs**
- **Early involvement in deal, offer and contract preparation with internal and external stakeholders**
- **Helping to find ways to improve and automate the processes as well as managing, analysing and reporting the transaction data**

**Keys to success in this role**

**The best combination of experiences, skills and background is**
- **Few years of experience and/or relevant understanding of oil industry and/or terminal / operations workflow, experience with truck and/or rail deliveries is a plus**
- **Experience and knowledge of operations workflow and efficient ways of carrying out operations**
- **Hands on with different IT-systems; experience with ERP systems (especially with SAP, TMS), knowledge of Google tools (GMail, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and MS Excel**
- **Ability to understand Neste business models and processes in the bigger picture**
- **Good and proactive communication and collaboration skills**
- **Fluency in written and oral English, preferably also local language skills**
- **Performance and result driven**
- **Independent and energetic approach to work**
- **Commercial awareness - ability to understand drivers of a commercial trade and associated p&l.**
- **Degree in business or similar studies / or significant post qualification experience (Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or similar)**
