Due to our rapid growth in Asia, we are looking for a Regional Education Sales Representative to help us expand our impact to more students.
This is a full-time remote position, based in Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asia timezone markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths
- Contacting and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the Admissions Team
- Ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson’s CRM system
- Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
- Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value
- Hunger and drive to exceed targets
- High learning agility and growth mindset - comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRMs is a plus
