**Responsibilities**:

- ** Manufacturing 4.0**: Regional contact for Asia PSCs creating 4.0 roadmap & driving global, regional initiatives providing needed support to the sites. Bridge Lean & 4.0 initiatives for a common cohesive vision of simplification and efficiency.
- ** Project management**: Identify key resources, work out delivery timelines, costing and drive projects at regional level (new sites, ad hoc projects)
- ** Standardization**: Lead standardisation across Asia PSC. Identify, develop and standardise process practices. Promote organisational learning, scaling / replication of successes by exchanging best practices.
- ** RFP/RFI support**: Provide perso expertise on regional contracts
- ** Special Assignments**: Complete special assignments/projects as needed
- ** Security**: You shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years managerial experience in operations (in Manufacturing/Personalization Services environment)
- Engineering, diploma holder, technically inclined and able to work well in fast paced environment.
- Good spoken and written English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and as required externally.
- Familiar with Lean sigma processes; if certified (Green/Black belt etc) is strong plus.
- Knowledge of banking personalization quality/security standards is a plus.
- Good Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) skills.
- Knowledge of ERP (Oracle), Power BI & coding skills to build any needed interfaces is a strong plus.
