**Responsibilities**
- Lead the maintenance team to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve PV system issues; modules, inverters, and all system components to ensure maximum system performance.
- Liaise, coordinate and prepare submission of documents (e.g. MSRA, Work Instructions etc.) to the relevant stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate on the maintenance progress & schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Plan and lead overhaul projects.
- Craft procurement and outsourcing strategies.
- Provide technical support during PV maintenance works.
- Ensure safety and quality of the PV maintenance works.
- Lead root cause analyses.
- Lead safety programmes

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in electrical equipment and/or PV systems’ operations and maintenance
- Possession of safety certification such as BCSS, & WAH assessor or Managing Work at Height is essential
- Experienced in project management and stakeholder management
- Active participation or experience in Lean or Kaizen or Total Productive Maintenance programmes will have an added advantage
- Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
