**Product Manager**:
**️‍ ️ Your Main Quest**:
In our next stage of growth and expansion, we are looking for a Product Manager. In this role, you’ll work closely across all our product and project teams to make sure we deliver to a high standard and on time. You will facilitate and continuously improve our team’s agile approach. This role will report directly to the CTO.

**Requirements**:

- Lead the execution of the product roadmap by collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams, to provide insights into product, technology and market trend;
- Research and deep-dive on complex business problems and product lines to create hypothesis and translate them into analysis requirements while identifying significant insights
- Define success metrics and continuously gather product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools and A/B testing
- Be an ambassador of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
- Zero in on the critical tasks, identify any support required and eliminate possible roadblocks in accomplishing the tasks.
- Collaborate across product domains to drive cross-functional initiatives, liaise with relevant stakeholders and contribute to the Go To Market Strategy
- Seasoned skills in project management, task delegation and workflow planning
- Data driven team player with an innate sense of ownership
- Ability to build consensus and craft solutions in complex and ambiguous situations
- Clarity of thought, strategic commercial mindset and crystal clear communication

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant work experience in technology driven companies and startups
- Experience in building and owning products from scratch
- Experience in managing cross functional projects and launches in new markets
- Well rounded across product planning, functionality, design and monetization
- Solid understanding of Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Are obsessed with customers and passionate about creating Products
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
- Academic background in Technology and/or Business is preferred
- Experience - 1 to 4 years
- Location: Singapore or Remote
