**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join our growing finance team.
This is not a traditional accounting-only role — you will be involved in supporting commercial rebate calculations, working closely with the business team, and learning how to turn financial logic into real business impact.
We welcome fresh grads or junior talents who are willing to learn, structured in thinking, and excited about making things more efficient.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Support Commercial Rebate Calculations**
- Reviewing data for sales rebate settlement
- Work with business teams to improve accuracy and speed of reconciliation
- **Finance Operations Support**
- Help with monthly closing tasks such as AP reconciliation and document checks
- Organise and maintain supporting documents for audit and internal use
- Handle vendor forms, basic tax/GST information, and standard accounting entries
- **Workflow and Tools Involvement**
- Learn to use our internal tools (e.g. DingTalk Forms, SAP Fiori, Power BI dashboards)
- Help maintain SOP documents and improve process clarity
- Contribute to system or template improvements if you're good with Excel or logic
- **Project & Cross-Functional Support**
- Join selected projects such as process optimisation, data cleaning, or system rollout
- Work closely with finance and business teams to support better data quality

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- 0-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Basic Excel knowledge is required (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
- Comfortable working with numbers, logic, and checking data accuracy
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to follow through tasks with structure
- Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)

**Bonus points (not mandatory)**:

- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or VBA / Power Query
- Exposure to finance-related system tools or cross-department workflow
- Interest in developing toward a Financial Analyst / BP-type career path
