Our client is a medical equipment manufacturing MNC. They are a world leader in healthcare research, education, training and therapy solutions, developing refined products and programmes to increase patient survival and outcomes. Their goal - to save more lives every year through competent education and training of medical professionals.

They are looking for a Finance Executive to join their global organization. As their Finance Executive, you will handle the accounts of both their Singapore and Malaysia offices as well as office administrative. Reporting to the Finance and Operation Manager, you will be in charge of the Company’s Singapore & Malaysia accounting transactions (GL, AR, AP) while ensuring financial transactions in QAD are accurately processed, closed and reconciled. You will also conduct follow-ups for any outstanding invoices with Singapore & Malaysia Customers and handle month end closing.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounts Receivable:

- Follow up on AR outstanding invoices with customer
- Assists and upload invoice to government e-invoice portal.
- Cash / cheque deposit
- Release credit hold / prepayment order in SFDC / QAD
- Prepare customer statement of account
- Prepare AR aging report

Accounts Payable:

- Update supplier invoices in QAD and process payment
- Process staff claims (Concur System)
- Prepare and confirm intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare invoice for IG chargeback (loan interest, management fee, reimburse expenses)
- Prepare AP aging report

Banking:

- Check bank daily transaction and update into QAD system
- Prepare bank reconciliation

Month/Quarter/Year End:

- Quarterly GST Filing
- Prepare monthly fixed asset schedule
- Accrual Expenses Journal
- Assist month end closing
- Assist year end Statutory Audit Process
- Assist year-end Financial Closing

Office Administrative:

- Ad-hoc: Replenish office supplies
- Liaising with Landlord/contractor for all office maintenance matter
- Arranging stuff/lunch for in house meeting/training
- Arranging Guess Hotel Booking

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- More than 3 years of AR/AP experience
- Understanding of Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards
- Meticulous and keen to learn
