**You will**:

- Take full ownership of the credit operations process by performing loan account services functions, including but not limited to loan origination, facility creation, disbursements, loan management and collections
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to establish and execute operation processes and workflows to deliver efficiency and industry best practices.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders for administrative functions, including limit management and preparation of periodic reports

**You are**:

- **Experienced in loan operations** - You have 2 years of experience under your belt in banks or financial institutions as a credit operations or middle office analyst. And have experience in credit documentation and loan processes.
- **Well organized** - You are meticulous, precise, logical and have an eye for detail.
- **Entrepreneurial self-starter** - You relish the challenge of building a new product and improving workflow, and are not afraid to suggest and implement new process and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business
- **Fintech Enthusiast **- You have a keen interest in the world of credit and payments, and maintains current knowledge to develop processes that reflect the latest trends in the fintech landscape
- **Effective Communicator **- Building a new product requires collaboration with many different internal and external stakeholders, and you are well versed in stakeholders communication and able to explain your knowledge clearly
