**About the Role**

We are looking for a team member with a meticulous attention to detail who can speak and write in a tactful and convincing manner. Your role is to support Minifiglabs by communicating with our clients to find out their needs, giving them advice, and then passing on the information to the various departments, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the end results.

You will also need to have good communications skills and etiquette for building rapport with prospective clients and de-escalating/resolving any matters raised by existing clients. Your objective is to help Minifiglabs gain the confidence and trust of our clients throughout the whole sales funnel - from the first touch point to aftersales service, and in the persuasion to make reorders.

As part of a growing team where our individual job titles mean little and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board.
- Check the messages from the US team
- Check the calendar for upcoming video calls and studio visits with clients
- Monitor and manage inbox and Singapore hotline
- Host video calls/in-person meetings with clients and guide the conversation to understand the requirements
- Check the various lead channels and consolidate the related information and tasks in ClickUp
- Populate the morning dailies document for team huddles to assist the project manager
- Leave notes for all departments for any project changes and on the tasks required for replying the leads
- Update ClickUp and Google calendar
- Occasionally Kick off new projects via ClickUp
- Prepare quotations and invoices in Xero
- Add completed visuals into depository of case studies
- We do our best to avoid OT-ing unless necessary. When OT is required, it is accounted for and compensated either with time-off or OT salary depending on your profile/contract
