Singapore LUNCH ACTUALLY PTE. LTD. Full time

We are searching for an enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Associate **to be a part of our Marketing Team. Your ultimate goal is to promote the Lunch Actually brand across the region as well as improve leads generation.

Alongside our Marketing Team, you will be planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns across all our digital platforms. You should also be proactive and able to work independently to meet deadlines

Location: Singapore / Remote

**Responsibilities**
- Build and own an integrated digital marketing strategy to increase leads generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and retention
- Define, track and analyse performance metrics to prepare reports on the effectiveness of each marketing campaign for upper management.
- Optimize all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of digital marketing plans
- Provide support in, digital media, research, user experience, branding and content creation
- Ensure brand message is consistent across all platforms
- Conduct market research to identify client preferences and potential market opportunities
- Provide day to day administrative support for the Marketing team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Professional Certification in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in paid campaign marketing.
- Excellent English writing skills and content ideas
- Ability to analyze ad performance and come up with ad assets, content and generate reports
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

**Preferred Requirements**
- Huge plus if you have knowledge about content marketing and branding
- Experience with graphic design, web design, or video editing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking/reporting tools
