Roles & Responsibilities

**As a Marketing & Digital Media Associate, you will**:

- Analyze, create, and manage the Company's brand assets and other marketing channels including digital & in-store displays.
- Produce/create captivating and engaging digital content (short videos & photos primarily for social media). Update & post social media content daily.
- Identify, develop, and propose tactical marketing activities to support the success of product campaigns and store sales. Schedule and publish marketing promotions, events, and product launches on Website, Social Media, in-store, and other channels in a timely manner.
- Report on promotion campaign KPI's with recommendations for improvement.
Liaise and communicate on marketing campaigns, local store promotions, menu updates, and events.
- Maintain & update store information on digital platforms (eg. Google, Grabfood, etc.)
- Report & keep abreast of competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team from HQ office and execute on campaigns, updates, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing communications, or equivalent.
- Min 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficient in social media video shooting and editing as well as creating content across social media platforms.
- Proficient in running social media ad campaigns & targeting management.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with great attention to detail.Tags
