**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, providing recommendations for adoption when appropriate.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and reports for regular performance reviews.
- Manage multiple accounts
- Prepare reports and able to submit marketing plans and recommendations
- Knowledgeable on new digital marketing trends
- Create basic to advance media posters/designs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hubspot, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knoweledgeable on using Basic Photoshop and Canva

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot).
- Experience in [specific industry or sector relevant to your company].
