We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will play a key role in project management, including assisting with global star signings, immigration investment, immigration consulting, overseas travel coordination, and conducting necessary information research to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Management Support:
- Assist in the coordination and management of various projects, including star research, immigration investment, account management, immigration consulting, overseas travel, etc., from project launch to project completion.
- Work with project managers to develop project schedules, track progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain project documents, including contracts, agreements and client correspondence.
- Update the status of various projects to increase transparency and promote effective decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, set agendas and provide administrative support during project meetings.
2. Client Liaison and Relationship Building:
- Serve as the main contact for clients, answer client inquiries and provide timely project status updates.
- Build positive and lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance and solutions to enhance the client experience.
3. Information Research:
- Conduct comprehensive research on topics relevant to each service area, including immigration policies, banking procedures, travel logistics, football sports, and client-specific needs.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential investment prospects and trends.
- Compile and organize data to support decision-making processes and project planning scenarios.
5. Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients on overseas trips.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Handle calendar management, courier services, scanning, and copying tasks to effectively support daily operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by manager or superiors to support the overall operations of the team and the company.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree or diploma in a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, able to handle various administrative tasks, and have relevant experience in project coordination.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to adapt to business trips.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Experience in football sports is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an organized manner, prioritize tasks, and complete tasks on time and effectively.
- Strong analytical ability, technology drive, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.
- Excellent proofreading and document translation skills.
