Head of Accounting Policy

**1.Job Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for developing, updating, and implementing SHEIN Group’s accounting policies, as well as providing professional advice and guidance related to accounting policies in various geographies across the globe;
- Ensure the accounting policies in different geographies are compliant with local regulations and accounting standards. Harmonize the group accounting policies;
- Keep updated of external accounting policy and regulations, and evaluate the impact of the policy changes on the Group business;
- Ensure that the financial reporting can meet the requirements of accounting policies;
- Support business expansion into new countries, and propose corresponding accounting standards and policies.
**2.Personal qualifications**:
- University graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline, a CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is a must.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, with IPO project experience (HK/US) in a well-known accounting firm or accounting policies in large MNC.
- Team setup experiences are preferred
- Deep understanding of IFRS & GAAP.
- Curious, adaptable, continuous learning and a growth mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and work cooperatively across boundaries and the matrix to achieve results
- Familiar with SAP/Oracle system, proficient in Excel, Word and other office software
