**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible for helping the company make a data-driven business decision and generate insight to improve efficiency and productivity and drive profits for the business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Review and validate a wide range of data from marketing, sales, revenue, and operation, to customer engagement metrics to business and specific campaigns.
- Retrieval, synthesise and analyse data trends to generate insights that can help improve the process and value of the business based on goals defined from consultation with management and key stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and create reports for senior management across the region.
- Work with the key stakeholders to provide recommendations to improve the process based on the findings.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science related field.
- 1-3 years of business analyst experience, preferably in the high-tech industry
- Solid understanding of business intelligence analysis and its impact on business
- Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data management and related tools
