**Regional Brand Manager, Oncology (APAC)**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyze the market landscape in the region with a view on strategic parameters, identify / prioritize opportunities and develop the regional strategy (as reflected in the Integrated Brand Plan) for the brands in scope together with the regional cross-functional brand team.
- Develop and lead the pre-launch and launch plans for pipeline assets (in particular Darolutamide and Larotrectinib) for the region.
- Contribute to global overarching brand strategies, customer engagement blueprint and other deliverables to ensure that assets are available to meet the needs of customers in the APAC region. Be an effective and impactful conduit between global and country team.
- Work with country brand team to ensure implementation of customer activation plan that aligned with brand strategies. Collect and provide insight, key learning and best practice sharing from Global team & key countries to Region APAC countries.
- Support, challenge and guide country teams in market analysis, brand plan development, resource allocation decisions and actual execution in the field; set and align on operational targets (KPIs) to track performance.
- Selectively, plan and execute regional marketing activities to drive regional strategy (e.g. market research, regional symposia, education/training initiatives, advisory boards, publications etc.); build and manage relationships with regional thought leaders.
- Work alongside with Regional Cross-Functional team to improve executional capabilities, including digital initiatives in countries in line with brand strategy priorities.
- Provide regional input into operational and strategic mid & long-term planning processes.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Degree qualified, preferably in biological sciences or pharmacy.
- Strong scientific background in Oncology.
- 8-10 years’ experience in marketing in Oncology, preferably with experience in product launches Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably with experience in regional marketing role.
