Responsibilities The Product Specialist (Oncology) is responsible for sales and lead business development activities, driving sustainable growth & consistent sales achievements in the Oncology Business Unit. Involved in tactical elements such as brand positioning, leading business development activities, close collaboration with regional/global colleagues, ensuring a multi‐disciplinary brand team approach, covering forecasting, deal negotiation, preparing and coordinating product introductions and updates, and acting as the key contact with regional/global colleagues for implementation and follow‐up. Drive market access projects in both the government and private sector. Ensure execution excellence in sales, implementing strategies, tactics and resource optimization to achieve the business plan in accordance with company values & the compliance framework. Act as the company spokesperson for marketing communication, internally and externally. Analyze sales data, monitor market trends & internal/external factors, track KPIs & business objectives, and report on a monthly basis to the Business Unit Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in both product and sales positions in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Ability to collaborate with regional/global stakeholders and participate in regional/global initiatives and projects. Ability to focus on outcomes and measurable results, finding ways to optimize resources via the use of analytical tools and problem‐solving techniques. Developing and maintaining long‐term partnerships with key internal and external customers. Operating effectively in a multi‐project, cross‐functional and regional environment. Ability to communicate effectively across a range of written and oral situations to various stakeholders.
