**About The Job**:

- The Executive will report to the Senior Manager, Annual Giving and plays a key supporting role within the SUSS Annual Giving team. This position involves assisting with fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, marketing comms and event coordination to ensure the seamless execution of the annual giving program.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Support in executing annual giving campaigns, including online communications, direct mail, newsletters, and events, while also tracking campaign progress, managing donor data, and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Assist in organising events including but not limited to preparation of publicity materials, logistics and vendor coordination, on-site support such as event registration and performance coordination.
- Support of administrative process by ensuring timely follow-up communications with prospects, donors and sponsors.
- Collaboration with colleagues to develop and maintain a coordinated approach supporting overall department and university-wide goals.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities, as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Enjoys meeting with donors and partners and multi-tasking between partners, various teams and key stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; effective organisational skills and strong detail orientation with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, donors, and external partners in a professional manner.
- An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to prospects and donors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with donor database software is a plus but not required.
