HSE Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced HSE Executive (Food Services & Safety) to join our team at Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations based in a school campus- Woodleigh. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental practices.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate control measures
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees to promote a strong safety culture
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and conduct audits to maintain certifications
• Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve HSE practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an HSE Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
